lump- need advice asap

Post by redrach on Sun Oct 09, 2011 5:46 am

As some of you will know Monk has a suspected PT and is going downhill a bit. Tonight i've noticed a lump just infront of her right leg, the size of a large pea. I'm kicking myself for not noticing it before!
I literally know zero on lumps. What is it? What can I do if anything?

my plan with the PT is just to keep her comfortable until she's not herself and then PTS- she's had a long happ life and I don't want to put her through too much. For the same reason i'm assuming the vet won't & it's not safe to operate. Is it just a case of letting her continue as is?

I wouldn't worry about the lump. From what you described to me it sounds like a cyst - but in any case, I think you'll find the PT will take her before any lumps affect her poor girl. I really wouldn't worry about it.

xx
