Post by katherine on Sat Dec 03, 2011 12:43 pm

Monty has suddenly come over with a loud wheeze Sad Put him on the baytril which I brought with me thank god - on the downside I forgot the bloody syringe Cry but I know it's about 3 drops so it will tide him over til I can get him to the vet on Monday. Fingers crossed for him please. Wink

Hope Monty is improving hour by hour and day by day. A little setback can be very worrying, but when all is said and done, rats are great survivors. The one thing you can be sure of Katherine is that you are doing the best for him, and we are all thinking of you and Monty at the moment. Steve

Thank you Grace and Steve. He's looking a hell of a lot better today. Got a syringe but decided against the vets because I'm scared of setting him back with stress. He's essentially back to normal so now it's just finishing the course of baytril Smile

Good News, that is what we all need to hear especially during these times of uncertainty. Well done Katherine and hoping that Monty continues to improve. Steve
