Gorgeous ! The shows look fun indeed, i'd love to breed rats myself but i have a severe lack in knowledge and as healthy as my little ones are, I don't think they are distinguishable breeds to actually breed Embarrassed

It's never ever a good idea to breed rats from unkown lines for a start. If you're interested in breeding and are serious about it, join the NFRS, chat to breeders, source some good lines to start with, go to some shows and research the variety you want to improve (not in that order really - research comes first!)

www.nfrs.org - there's a wealth of info on there, and instruction on how to join! Smile Always feel free to e-mail me too if you want advice or have questions, but breeding is not something to enter into lightly, it's very hard work, very expensive, and extremely heart wrenching at times.

Even if you have no plans for breeding the NFRS is well worth the membership fee just for the bi-monthly magazine and the excellent forum (only available to current members).
