Benden Oddbod

Post by Zoundz on Fri Aug 02, 2013 10:38 am

OK, so this is from last Friday - and came as something of a shock - took me a while to work out what to say.

Oddbod wasn't with us long, but he'd stolen our hearts. He was a fab boy, really sweet (if a little shy at times), and just gorgeous - like a little fuzzy cloud! He became very close *ahem* friends with Fondle, and they recently gave us a lovely litter of 5 little sheeprats.

Kate sent him to us to help us start a Pearl/Cinnamon Pearl line - and we're incredibly grateful. He has done just that, and his son Oddsock will hopefully continue in his dad's footsteps.

I am heartbroken we've lost him, I had hoped we might use him again, but he was an old boy, and had never suffered a day (not that we knew anyway!), and he just went to sleep.

Run free lovely lad - you'll be much missed, by all who knew you, and I'm sure Kate will miss you every bit as much as we do.

And for him - this song seems to fit <3 :*)

People Are Strange - The Doors:

People are strange when you're a stranger
Faces look ugly when you're alone
Women seem wicked when you're unwanted
Streets are uneven when you're down

When you're strange
Faces come out of the rain
When you're strange
No one remembers your name
When you're strange
When you're strange
When you're strange

People are strange when you're a stranger
Faces look ugly when you're alone
Women seem wicked when you're unwanted
Streets are uneven when you're down

When you're strange
Faces come out of the rain
When you're strange
No one remembers your name
When you're strange
When you're strange
When you're strange

When you're strange
Faces come out of the rain
When you're strange
No one remembers your name
When you're strange
When you're strange
When you're strange

Run free sunshine <3

xx

Sorry to hear this Laura. I am glad that OddBod enabled you to start your new line before he moved on.
